Recorded on September 3, 2022, LIVE FROM WRIGLEY FIELD captures the magic of The Lumineers’ performance at Chicago's iconic Wrigley Field, marking the grand finale of their critically acclaimed BRIGHTSIDE World Tour. The album features a stunning setlist, with 25 tracks that span the band’s career, including beloved hits like “Ho Hey,” “Stubborn Love,” “Gloria,” and “Brightside,” as well as fan-favourites such as “Submarines,” “Sleep On The Floor,” and the 4x Platinum-certified “Ophelia.”
As part of the announcement, The Lumineers have released a live rendition of “Gale Song,” featuring special guest vocals from GRAMMY® Award-nominated singer-songwriter James Bay. Originally from their 2016 worldwide #1 album Cleopatra, “Gale Song” has evolved into a fan favourite, and this electrifying live version adds a new layer of depth and emotion. The live performance video of this track is now streaming on YouTube, offering fans a sneak peek of what to expect from the full album.
“‘Gale Song’ has become a fan-favorite in a way we didn’t see coming,” says The Lumineers’ co-founder Wesley Schultz. “It was beautiful to hear it in a new way with James Bay live during this show and much of our U.S. tour.”
Known for their soaring and energetic live performances, The Lumineers have built a reputation for selling out arenas, amphitheatres, and stadiums worldwide. LIVE FROM WRIGLEY FIELD not only documents a landmark moment in the band’s career but also showcases the deep connection they share with their fans.
