Reliving the Magic: Chrissy Costanza & VOILÀ's High-Energy London Show (November 2024)

On a rainy Saturday on the 23rd of November 2024 Chrissy Costanza, the lead singer of pop-rock band Against The Current from New York, and pop-rock duo VOILÀ from Los Angeles delighted us with an energetic performance at The Garage in London.

Chrissy Costanza, known from Against The Current, made her way from the US to the UK and Europe for her first solo headlining tour together with VOILÀ. Her stage presence was just as energetic as when together on stage with Against The Current, performing new tracks from her solo project.

They kicked off the evening together with “Caught It,” their first song together, appearing on VOILÀ’s album Glass Half Empty, already setting an energetic mood which carried through the whole evening.

They ended their set with “7 Minutes in Hell,” their second song together, appearing on Chrissy Costanza’s first album VII.

In between they played a good mix of older and newer songs and switched their stage presence multiple times, which made it dynamic and super rich in variety. Chrissy even surprised us with an unreleased song called "What If Sin Could Save Me" and an acoustic mash-up of songs that mean a lot to her, which made it feel even more intimate.

Together they are the perfect trio to spread energy and joy, but also manage to touch one emotionally with their lyrics and genuineness! I can just recommend to give them both, Chrissy Costanza and VOILÀ, a listen and maybe even get a ticket if these three tour together again!
