Never Ending Fall, the indie-rock band originally from Maryland, has released their highly anticipated new album, American Disco, via Create Music Group. This record marks a significant departure from their 2020 debut, Space City, showcasing a fresh sound that feels almost like a reinvention. Despite the new direction, the band remains rooted in their close friendship, dating back to a 4th-grade talent show that sparked their musical journey.

The past few years have seen NEF evolve from a hesitant group to confident musicians, drawing inspiration from artists like Turnstile. Their journey from Maryland to Los Angeles, along with the success of their viral TikTok series “Can it Kirkland,” has broadened their audience and put them on the map. The band’s new album, American Disco, reflects on love, heartbreak, and life’s challenges, all delivered through a dynamic mix of indie rock and punk influences.

“‘Every Single Day’ was written later on in our album recording process,” the band explains. “Despite its late arrival to the record, it’s one of our and our fans' favorites. The song gives hints of mid-2000s rock with powerfully dynamic guitars and drums. Jack sings about the realization of a broken relationship between two polar opposite people. It is one of, if not the most, energetic songs we play live as well. We consider our live set to be just as impactful as the recorded album, so it makes total sense for ‘Every Single Day’ to be the focus track on this record.”

The album kicks off with the energetic track “Every Single Day,” a fan favourite that blends mid-2000s rock vibes with powerful guitars and drums. The title track, “American Disco,” and other songs were born out of spontaneous creativity, shaped by feedback from their active Twitch community. NEF’s commitment to connecting with fans has led to sellout shows and an ever-expanding fanbase.
