The Maryland-bred indie-rock band Never Ending Fall (NEF) unveils their latest single, “ISABEL,” a playful sonic exploration that builds on the momentum of their recent album, American Disco. This new track, released on the heels of their August album, marks another exciting evolution for the band as they incorporate shimmering synths and pop elements, all while maintaining their rock roots. The result is a sound that exudes joyful escapism, inviting listeners to revel in its upbeat energy.
“Our aim is to combine the old with the new,” the band shared. “We wanted to take on a familiar but modern sound while reflecting on themes of coming up short and heartbreak.” This statement encapsulates the essence of “ISABEL,” which balances nostalgic rock vibes with contemporary production techniques, creating a unique auditory experience.
Leading up to the single’s release, NEF has been engaging with their fans through a creative initiative called the “Never Ending Stream.” For an entire week, the band live-streamed for 24 hours a day on Twitch, showcasing their dedication to connecting with their community. During this marathon event, they previewed new music, humorously slept on camera each night, filmed new episodes of their popular TikTok series ‘Can It Kirkland,’ and even tackled a corn maze dressed as characters from The Wizard of Oz.
In addition to their new music, NEF is gearing up for an exciting 2025 co-headline tour with Miami’s The Hails. Kicking off on February 21 in Boston, the tour will take the bands across the country, stopping in major cities such as Los Angeles, Miami, Brooklyn, and Washington, D.C.
