Los Angeles psych-punk shapeshifters Frankie and the Witch Fingers are back with a brand-new sonic detonation. Their upcoming album, Trash Classic, is set to drop June 6, 2025, via The Reverberation Appreciation Society / Greenway Records, and if the lead single "Economy" is anything to go by, we’re in for a gnarly, synth-fueled trip through chaos and catharsis.
Described by the band as “a mutant disco soundtrack to late-stage capitalism”, "Economy" takes their fuzzed-out, high-voltage rock and injects it with grimy synths, jagged guitars, and a relentless industrial pulse. Imagine Devo in a back-alley fistfight with The Stooges—it's weird, it’s wild, and it absolutely slaps.
