London's metallic hardcore powerhouse, False Reality, is charging into 2025 with full force, releasing their new single "Cranium" today.
“Cranium” explores the internal struggle of managing emotions in difficult situations. Vocalist Rachel Rigby explains, “Cranium is about grappling with letting emotions lead our actions in a negative way. It’s about learning to grow as a person by wanting to deal with situations that have hurt you in the ‘correct’ way and fighting the feeling that you are doing yourself an injustice by not letting the anger out.”
The raw, cathartic nature of the song captures this internal conflict, blending fierce instrumentation with deeply personal lyrics that many listeners can relate to.
In addition to the release of "Cranium," False Reality is also gearing up for a highly anticipated UK tour. The band will join Heriot and Grove Street as support on their headline tour this April, just one part of what promises to be a jam-packed 2025 for the band, with more live dates expected in the coming months.
