Indie-pop duo Dolores Forever have dropped their new single, "Concrete," a fiery anthem from their forthcoming debut album, It’s Nothing, set to release on September 20th. The album will also feature previous singles "Split Lip" and "Go Fast Go Slow," along with recent tracks "Someday Best" and "Why Are You Not Scared Yet?".
Describing the new single, the duo says, “You can’t pick your favourite child, but this is definitely one of ours. It’s a defiant rager of a bop about taking rightful credit for the things we create.”
Their debut album promises to deliver a “punchy indie-pop record about feminism, friendship, and navigating a messed-up world.” Reflecting on their experiences, they add, “It blows our minds that the music industry is obsessed with hearing from people who are just 21. As we’ve gotten into our thirties, we have so many more stories and so much more to say.”
Listen to "Concrete" now and get ready for the full album release on September 20th.
